The sky's brightest star, a navigational reference that has been orienting sailors since mankind took to the seas, our boat was bestowed the name Polaris by its previous owners.  It's bad luck to change the name of a boat so for these six months, Polaris is what we'll call home.  May she guide us through warm waters in search of breeze, surf and experiences to last a lifetime!
